Refinery Mandate Representation

FMZ Petronex acts as an authorized mandate for selected refineries worldwide.

We manage:

SCO issuance
CI execution
Buyer documentation
Compliance alignment
POP release coordination

No operational activity shall commence prior to the full execution of the CI.

Tank Farm Mandate Representation

FMZ Petronex also serves as a mandate for tank farms.

We coordinate:

TSA (Tank Storage Agreement)
TSR (Tank Storage Reservation)
CPA (Charter Party Agreement)
POP issuance

The TSR must explicitly include HUB Number, EPC Code, Terminal Access Code, and Access Permit Code.
